● We're looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to drive client's early needs in to the fully engagement with CDP (Customer Data Platform) and related solutions
● Our ideal candidate will have a passion for studying the CDP Enterprise Solutions to C-level clients, related to CDP, CRM or Loyalty.
● Having experience in the sales process, lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.
● Applicants should also have experience in selling CRM related software or Loyalty Systems.

● Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of its CDP and related solutions
● Coordinate with Marketing, Solution team, Client Success team to develop approaching plans and solutions that fit with the clients
● Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
● Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
● Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales executives

Role Requirements
● Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) or Loyalty software
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Advanced motivational and negotiation skills
