Mô tả công việc
Create PO in SAP at customer level for reporting accuracy (Finance & Management Requirement).
Coordinate for billing with carriers & vendors.
Group jobs in Global Freight Forwarding (GFF) system for payment process.
Stamp, sign on the Invoice, write down the PO# (from SAP & GFF), corresponding amount and submit to Manager for approval.
Submit the approved Invoice (hard copy) to Finance/AP Analyst for payment process. Follow up with Finance until payment are done.
Yêu cầu
Graduate at University in finance or accounting background or international background
Have 1 year experienced or fresh graduate.
Have interpersonal skill for working with several related parties
Have ability to use Microsoft Office, Word
Be able to form effective working relationships with team mates or colleagues of other team.
Have the ability to work independently, good attitude and supportiveness
Communication skill in English
Problem solving skill
