Mô tả công việc
- Issuing invoices for customers and enter data on KGL system.
- Process daily bank statement, enter cash receipts to debtor accounts.
- Allocate payments and update accounts receivable ledger by customer.
- Control unapplied payments listing and make sure it is cleared daily.
- Obtain and email invoice copies for customers, based on requested.
- Deal with customers for any issues related to monthly statements of accounts.
- Support team during month-end process and on quarterly/yearly audit periods.
- Assists with related matters, as required, such as account invoicing and accounts payable issues.
Yêu cầu
- University graduation /Major: Accounting/Finance.
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards, Tax Laws...
- Good communication in English and Good office computer skills.
- Have aspiration for long term working.
Working place: 10th FL, TTC Tower, No.19 Duy Tan Street, Dich Vong Hau ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.
