Mô tả công việc
- Issue VAT invoices.
- Follow money receivables in the bank with VAT invoices & billing statements and note in bank internal book.
- Inform to customers and other departments for money receivables by email.
- Take care Account Receivable issue for all customers: COD, monthly billing.
- Monthly VAT report, VAT invoices using report (Quarterly)
- Account Receivable daily matching in UAS.
- UFS system checking data.
- Other works assigned by Managers.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor Degree of Accounting or Finance.
- At least 1 year experience of Account Receivable, Invoicing/Transportation/Logistics related experience.
- Experience in the system & software.
- Good communication in English.
- Professional in Excel.
- Strong work ethic, accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Ability of working in a team or independently.
- Ability to stand working under high pressure.
Quyền lợi
- Working Place : 8th floor, TTC building, 19 Duy Tan, Dich Vong Hau, Cau Giay, Hanoi.
- Working time : 8.00 AM - 17.35 PM from Monday to Friday
- Contract Term : 9 month - contract (From Dec 2021 to Aug 2022)
- Net salary : (13 months a year plus annual performance bonus)
