Dream Job Alert! Become an Accounting Manager (Manufacturing, ID20055) at a foreign-invested company and earn $1800/month:
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure all statutory reports are completed in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and relevant legal requirements.
Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliation and variance analysis.
Collaborate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities when necessary.
Evaluate and enhance accounting procedures, internal controls, and financial workflows to improve efficiency and reduce risks.
Oversee cash flow, working capital, and payment planning to maintain smooth business operations.
Support cost management initiatives and provide financial insights to assist management decision-making.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and ensure compliance with record-keeping regulations.
Utilize and support ERP systems (SAP preferred) to ensure accurate and efficient financial processing.
Prepare financial reports, analyses, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by senior management.
Requirement
Male/Female, under 45 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related discipline.
Valid Chief Accountant certification in accordance with Vietnamese regulations.
At least 5-7 years of accounting experience, including 2-3 years in a supervisory or Chief Accountant role within a manufacturing environment (FDI experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Solid understanding of cost accounting, inventory accounting, and internal control systems.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (experience with SAP is an advantage).
Good command of English in all four skills for workplace communication.
