POSITION PURPOSE
The Asst. Accounting Manager employee is assigned to manage the OTC/PTP/RTR cycle responsibilities performed by Customer Service and GA team in Vietnam.
Ensure the accounting works, treasury functions, IFRS and Local Statutory Reporting prepared and submitted timely with high accuracy
Ensure the accounting tasks complied with company polices.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Handle Tax Long View system: prepare Tax Provision, Corporate Tax Planning & Transfer Pricing, Contingency, and Projection ... and submit to Tax Long View system.
• Prepare Legal Entity Projection and Budget.
• Support Finance Controller to work with GIC for RFCF testing, critical and significant spreadsheets review.
• Ensure monthly accruals are reported with high accuracy
• Ensure monthly BS reconciliation with high quality.
• Ensure monthly closing was performed with timely and accurately as Global FSS guidelines.
• Acts as key person in Vietnam to solve the technical, system error for team.
• Responsible all Balance Sheet accounts are monitored and partner with FSS/BPD to ensure account reconciliation items are appropriately documented and cleared up on a timely basis
• Perform monthly balance sheet and quarterly balance sheet flux analysis review with FC.
• Coordinate the monthly intercompany incoming / outgoing charges ensuring not out of balance for all intercompany transactions.
• Acts as alternate local point of contact for all local Treasury activities, with Corporate/Regional Treasury function and with local banking partners. Applies cash flow forecasts to plan financing needs; develops strategies to optimize use of cash.
• Responsible for PTP cycle responsibilities performed in country.
• Acts as alternate contact for the company with External auditors: Deloitte, GDT, Pricing Control Dept, MOF, Customs... ensures to bring good results and image for the company.
• Work with Tax colleague to ensure monthly financial statements reported are in compliance with IFRS GAAP, Reckitt Internal Control Standards and Reckitt Accounting Policies as well as local statutory accounts.
• Support Financial Controller on ad-hoc projects. Where appropriate act as market lead/coordinator for regional/corporate project.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree with major in Finance and Accounting.
- Experience working in foreign companies is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience with 2-3 years of progressive leadership and management roles in accounting or finance in a medium/large company environment
- Experience in US/IFRS accounting and related to Taxes
- Strong understanding of accounting system
- Demonstrate partnering with Operations in the development and execution of business processes and associated reporting
- High level of understanding of local statutory reporting regulations and requirements
- Experience in SOX/RFCF testing
- Experience working in a team environment, exhibiting good communication skills and the adaptability required to cope within a global change environment.
- Experienced in the use of an integrated business software package and financial reporting modules, and PC package software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience using SAP Turbo would be an advantage.
- Proven good writing, speaking and editing skills, in local language and English
- Good leadership and team building skills
- Ability to deliver value added business results through superior execution
- Ability to work effectively across functions in a matrix organization, to coordinate and work through a network of agencies/consultants
- Effective time management and organizational skills, with ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and balance multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet and exceed deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working both within teams and independently
- Demonstrates ability to work in an ambiguous, unpredictable and complex environment. Able to maintain professionalism; demonstrates flexibility, open-mindedness and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of staff and management
- Is open and responsive to feedback to improve performance of self and team
