Mô tả công việc
- Checks invoices and making payments for hotels, boats and visas, tour guides;
- Updates details of every payment for monthly actual cost calculation;
- Contacts suppliers in case of any discrepancy;
- Records VAT invoices for VAT claims back from tax authority;
- Follows up balance status of every supplier;
- Co-ordinates and works with suppliers for balance reconciliation;
- Provides balance confirmation to supplier's auditor;
- Assists Chief Accountant to provide supporting documents for Tax Clearance and Auditing;
- Updates detail payments to suppliers which are paid by HCMC branch
- Prepares payment through internet banking or telegraphic transfer;
- Works with the bank all related matters;
- Sends invoices to clients and follow up payments;
- Performs other accounting tasks assigned by Chief Accountant and Management
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in accounting , finance
- At least 1 year of working experience in accounting position
- Good knowledge of office computer skills and computer literacy of MS Office and MS Excel
- Good command of English (reading and writing)
- An eye for details
- Dedicates own efforts and time to complete the assignments
- Finishes jobs or assignments before deadlines
- Identifies resources and uses them to complete the task
- Actively provides information and suggestions
- Accepts and completes team assignments
- Works collectively as a team to accomplish goals
