Review payment documentation for proper authorization, accuracy, validity, and compliance.
Review payment schedules to ensure the accuracy and timely
Support monthly Accounts Payable closing and assist with tax reporting to ensure timely and accurate submission
Coordinate with cross-functional departments on company-wide financial transactions.
Recommend improvements to payment processes and resolve payment-related issues.
Ensuring all transaction compliance with IFRS and VAS.
Escalate issues or risks to the team leader promptly.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Accountant.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting and/or tax.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Fluently in both spoken and written English
• Proficient in M.S Office and accounting software, ERP system (Oracle preferred).
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Key attributes: integrity, proactive attitude, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
