Department: Finance
Report To: Assistant Finance Manager
1. Payroll calculation and banking process
2. Handle tax reports (routine and finalization): VAT (review), WHT, PIT, CIT and return VAT
3. Act as coordinator with auditor and lawyer for tax & legal related matter, be responsible for annual audit preparation.
4. Contract review and advise
5. Be responsible for month end closing
6. Work closely with other functions on budget submission, variance analysis, highlight management team in case of any cost out
7. Capex control, highlight in case of any variance between approved capex vs actual expense.
8. Carry out other duties as required

- Minimum Educational Attainment: B.A
- Professional Qualification: Finance, Accounting, Auditing
- Minimum Working Experience: 2
- Skill Required: Word, Excel
- Language Required: English, Vietnamese
- Overall Responsibility: Tax, Compliance, Cost Control
