We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR work to HCM.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee overall accounting operations and month-end closing activities for assigned projects/complexes.
• Review and control payment requests, accounting entries, reconciliations, reports, and supporting documents in compliance with company policies and accounting/tax regulations.
• Review accounting reports, management reports, closing schedules, and aud
it supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments and relevant stakeholders regarding accounting, operational, and customer-related matters.
• Handle complex accounting issues and support meetings/discussions with stakeholders when required.
• Supervise and support accounting team members in daily operations and month-end closing activities.
• Lead or support process improvement initiatives, audit activities, reporting requirements, and other assignments assigned by the Line Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Auditing.
• 6-8 years of accounting experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting operations, closing, and reporting processes.
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good English communication and reporting skills.
• Good computer skills, especially in Excel and accounting systems.
• Experience in property management industry is an advantage.
