Manage and control accounts payable transactions.
Verify invoices and payment documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Monitor and maintain accounts payable records for suppliers and partners.
Prepare and process payments in a timely manner according to financial schedules.
Reconcile accounts payable balances with suppliers regularly.
Ensure all accounting documents are complete, accurate, and properly recorded.
Coordinate with internal departments to confirm expenses and payment documents.
Support accounting reports and other tasks assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
College degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or accounts payable.
Experience in hospitality, tourism, or travel industry is preferred.
Good understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
High attention to detail and strong accuracy in work.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Good English communication skills with foreign colleagues or partners.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
