Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for receivables recording and cash collection from all channels
• Sales reconciliation: daily reconciliation of receivables from all channels (online and offline), and timely resolve/clear related long-pending receivable balances
• Customer refund: check payment received and refund upon Operations' requests
• Vouchers issuance/selling: issue/sell vouchers, safekeeping blank vouchers
• Reporting: responsible for daily cash collection reports; receivables aging report
• Month-end closing: Support line manager in closing entries at the month-end (accrual service expenses, cash collection fee, any adjustments if any).
• Support stores/online team to handle customers' enquiries on payment/ refund if needed
• Other tasks assigned by line manager
Yêu cầu
1. Qualifications:
• Bachelor / College degree in Finance and Accounting
2. Experience:
• 3 years' experience in accounting.
3. Competencies:
• Be detail-oriented and careful
• Be able to work independently towards tight deadlines
• Be able to communicate in English in both writing and speaking
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
