1/ Position Overview:
The
Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing offline marketing activities to strengthen brand presence and generate leads. This role bridges Marketing, Sales, and Center Operations, ensuring consistent brand visibility through activation, partnerships, and visual merchandising.
2/ ResponsibilitiesActivation:
Plan and execute in-center activations and external events (malls, residential areas, schools,
supermarkets, etc.) to generate traffic and leads.
Coordinate event logistics: booth setup, staffing, brand materials, and reporting.
Track KPIs for each activation (footfall, leads to apps, conversion).
3/ Partnerships:
Identify and approach potential partners (schools, kids-related businesses, communities).
Develop co-marketing programs: voucher exchange, joint events, sponsorships.
Maintain strong relationships with partners to expand brand exposure.
4/ Visual Merchandising (POSM)
Manage POSM design, production, and installation at centers.
Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all offline touchpoints.
Collect feedback from centers and propose improvements to enhance brand recognition.
4/ Cross-functional collaboration:
Work closely with Sales team to align activation with in-center consulting appointment targets.
Cooperate with Brand & Digital teams for integrated campaigns.
Provide reports, insights, and proposals to
Brand Manager.
