We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Activation Supervisor to lead and execute activation activities, support business growth, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales experience, marketing knowledge, and excellent organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute activation campaigns and promotional activities.
Manage and supervise activation operations to ensure smooth implementation and target achievement.
Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and drive sales performance.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to propose improvement plans.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
Prepare reports and evaluate activation results based on business objectives.
Support team management, task allocation, and operational coordination.
Yêu cầu
Good command of English with IELTS 6.5 - 7.5 preferred.
Experience in retail/direct customer sales is required.
Good knowledge of Marketing and customer engagement activities.
Strong logical thinking, organizational, and management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
