Mô tả công việc
Administrative Duties:
Document Management: Prepare and manage contracts, invoices, and purchase orders. Maintain and organize company records, both physical and digital.
Communication & Coordination: Act as a point of contact between internal departments and external partners. Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Work with logistics service providers, customs authorities, and other relevant parties.
Collecting, and managing VAT invoices, and other supporting documents from suppliers, clients
Booking car rental, flight ticket, hotel for business trips for managers
General Office Support: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes. Order office supplies and manage office equipment.
Traffic/Logistics Duties:
Shipment Coordination: Arrange and monitor domestic and international shipments of coffee. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of shipping documents (e.g., BL, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin).
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1 years of experience in administration or logistics (experience in coffee trading is a plus).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
