Answering the telephone, take and relay messages
Monitoring visitor access and maintain security awareness
Providing general administrative and clerical support
Preparing correspondence and documents - courier shipment
Send (Prepare documents)/ Receive/ Sort mail/ Deliveries/Payment/Record
Co-ordinate meetings and organize catering, daily meal for employees
Supervising drivers and controlling transportation
Coordinating immigration procedures for expats/guests
Coordinating official events organized by the company
Checking monthly payment, relate to HR & Admin operations
Checking daily attendance record & leave of employee
Having basic assists of HR field and operations on daily works & recruitment support
Other jobs as assigned by Supervisor / Manager
Yêu cầu
Degree: English and/or Business Administration from University/College
2) Experience: At least 1 year in foreign company
3) English: Good communication in English skills
