Provide administrative and operational support for daily business activities and internal teams.
Prepare, manage, and maintain documents, letters, memos, reports, records, and filing systems.
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to support smooth communication and workflow.
Monitor, update, and organize data, reports, and other administrative information accurately and in a timely manner.
Support process follow-up related to orders, requests, contracts, payments, or other assigned administrative tasks.
Ensure all office documentation, records, and standard forms are updated and properly maintained.
Support meeting arrangements, office coordination, and communication tasks when required.
Assist managers and relevant teams in preparing weekly/monthly reports and ad hoc reports.
Handle assigned issues in an efficient and professional manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager / BOD.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields.
At least 2 years of working experience in Admin, Sales Admin, Business Support, or related roles.
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure with strict deadlines.
Good organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
High attention to detail, responsibility, and professional discretion.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration is preferred.
Experience in multinational or international working environments is an advantage.
For Korean speaking candidate:
Excellent command of Korean in both verbal and written communication.
Basic English skills.
For English speaking candidate:
Excellent command of English in both verbal and written communication.
