Mô tả công việc
- Implement office properties and office equipment purchasing as per Company's procurement policy.
- Assist in handling space leasing, including searching for office locations or apartments for lease, office leasing contract, office maintenance contract, etc.
- Manage office stationeries, front office, housekeeping, cafeteria, company car, security, etc.
- Work closely with the office manager to ensure a smooth and effective operation of the sales offices.
- Accommodation & travel arrangement.
- Arrange for repair and maintenance of office equipment.
- Provide administrative support to meetings, seminars and events.
- Develop and maintain records & filing system.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the direct manager.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor degree in Office administration, business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 year relevant work experience. Related experience in office supplies/ property management is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
- High sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and to take initiative.
- Good command of Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
