PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE Provide comprehensive administrative, HR, and logistical support for Event & Activation projects. Your main goal is to ensure all paperwork, project personnel recruitment, and payment procedures are processed smoothly and efficiently in coordination with the Key Operation team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruit project personnel (PGs, PBs, helpers, etc.) and hand them over to the Key Operation team.
Draft and process project-related documents to ensure smooth execution. This includes supplier contracts (in coordination with Accounting), personnel/partner contracts, outsourced services, and registration forms (in coordination with Key Operation).
Manage, store, and consolidate project-related documents, records, and receipts.
Take charge of executing procedures and processing payments for suppliers.
Consolidate income and expense receipts for each project and report to the Leader upon request.
Support payroll calculation based on the timesheets provided by the Key Operation team.
Assist with logistics-related tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Final-year students or fresh graduates waiting for their degree, majoring in Event Management, Marketing, or related fields.
Can commit to a full-time internship (5 days/week) for a duration of 3 - 4 months.
Excellent communication, teamwork, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Dynamic, eager to learn, and proactive. Responsible, independent, detail-oriented, and maintains a positive attitude at work.
