ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manning the telephone system; Welcoming guest to company
Set up and prepare facility for meeting room
Manage the incoming and outgoing correspondence, goods... internally and externally
Manage and monitor the usage and maintenance of administrative equipment such as vehicle, photo copy machine, and taxi cards
Set up and monitor administrative budget
Coordinate with other departments to prepare purchase request for stationary and other items under administration function
Monitor and supervise outsourced services (company bus, catering, cleaning, gardening, security...). Maintain and improve the services quality continuously
Maintain high standard of hygiene in working environment
Manage affairs related to the worker's uniform
Maintain good relation with relevant government organs
Report on monthly administrative expenses
Report on administration-related issues when requested
Support the department head in fulfilling functions and responsibilities of the department
