Receptionist:
• Manage guest hospitality and reception for visitors.
• Answer phone calls and transfer messages appropriately
• Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and courier services
Administration:
• Prepare logistics for internal meetings and client visits
•
Purchasing office supplies
• Support administrative documents, and related paperwork
• Support company internal events and office activities
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year of experience in administration, receptionist, or related positions Professional appearance and attitude
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Careful, proactive, and responsible at work
• Good English communication skills
• Korean language skills are a priority
