Mô tả công việc
Administration
1. Manage all document related Doctors, Labour contracts.
2. Admin works: print, photocopy, deliver letter, invoice...
3. Book appointment, interview and follow up process with recruitment Doctors and update on system.
4. Support Doctors in paper works, check salary, insurance, timesheet,... if any request
5. Act as a translator and provide written translations for all materials
6. Arrange meeting & take minutes
7. Organize, compile, assimilate, and prepare confidential and sensitive documents and letters for legal.
8. Support other Departments as Manager's request.
9. Prepare Doctor's monthly report.
Eri Clinic license
1. In charge in license for Eri clinic under Manager's support.
General Assistant
1. In addition to supporting Manager, there may be additional workload and responsibilities. The scope of the role can be extensive and additional.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor Degree required, major in Business Administration is in preferred
- Ability to work independently with high performance.
- Excellent in team work
- Very good attention to details
- Good computer skills: Mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge and experience on dealing with legal documents.
- Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking in both English and Vietnamese
- High level of professionalism
