Mô tả công việc
As an Administrative Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth flow of
documentation and internal operations related to import-export activities. This role ensures that our
back office runs efficiently and supports our trading activities with professionalism and accuracy.
•Organize, manage and archive import-export documents (Commercial invoice, Packing list, Bill of Lading, C/O, Contracts, etc.)
• Support the Export-Import team with document preparation and submission.
• Coordinate with internal departments and logistics partners to ensure timely shipments.
• Maintain company records and internal data in a systematic and accessible way.
• Other tasks assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
•College/ University degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics or related fields.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in administration or export-import support preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Drive, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Intermediate English skills (reading/writing)
