Admissions Manager / Campus Sales Manager - Trưởng Phòng Kinh Doanh

- Contribute to the development of Sales and marketing strategies to hit Sales target and promote Speak Up courses
- Market survey and set up sales strategies, implying plans to achieve Sales.
- Prepare plans and budgets for approval and once agreed, implement those plans
- Prepare and submit proposals for training for key sponsors
- Aliasing with Marketing to provide high qualities to customers
- Training, coaching, supervising Sales team.
- Prepare Sales reports.
• Academic responsibilities: Work closely with Director of Studies/ Head of studies to:
- Monitor/evaluate program outcomes, student assessment reports and exit questionnaires
• Operation and administrative responsibilities:
- Supervise student administration and counselling services conducted in the Center
- Ensure a team spirit among staff under supervision
- Represent the school in a way that enhances its reputation
