Advertising Monetization Specialist

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
• 6+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Ads Monetization, User Acquisition, Performance Marketing...).
• Solid knowledge of the mobile game market, especially the Free-to-Play (F2P) model and performance marketing techniques.
• Hands-on experience with major Ad Network and Mediation platforms (e.g., Google AdMob, IronSource, AppLovin MAX, etc.).
• An understanding of game economy and how advertising impacts user behavior is a strong plus.
SKILL:
• Toeic >700, fluent in English (both written and verbal) for effective communication with international partners.
• Excellent data analysis skills: Proficient in analyzing key metrics (Impressions, Fill Rate, eCPM, ARPDAU) and capable of translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong coordination skills, with the ability to sync tasks and information across multiple teams (Product, Marketing, Tech).
