Mô tả công việc
1. Consultancy, sales (70%)
Consult with inbound leads who are contacting us to buy health and life insurance
• Conduct initial consultation and needs analysis
• Utilize our best-in-class system to make quotes
• Explain quotes, benefits and advise clients with recommendations
• Follow up until the deal is won or lost
• Sales sign-up, application forms, contracts and policy documents
• Find new business through your own efforts, in addition to leads given
• Introduce new products to clients and request referrals
2. Customer Service (30%)
• Act as the main point of contact for clients when they have any questions or need help during the policy year
• Delegate customer service work to our in-house customer service team
• Manage annual renewals.
Yêu cầu
• Confidence; energetic and outgoing personality
• Good English skills
• The ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
• No insurance experience required, we'll train you!
