When consultations are filling the diary, but treatment rooms, staffing, and follow-up capacity do not line up, a clinic needs more than a sales lead. This General Manager role connects the customer pipeline with the people, operating controls, and clinical handoffs that make a service site work.
Quick facts Company: Multi-site aesthetics and skin-care clinic operator
Role: General Manager, assigned clinic
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Reports to: Regional Director or Cluster Manager
Type: Full-time; clinic operating hours, with travel when required
Salary: Up to 60M
About the role Own the performance and day-to-day integrity of one clinic. You will turn the business plan into revenue, profitability, repeat-client care, and productive service capacity while leading a cross-functional clinic team. Commercial decisions must stay aligned with customer experience, safety, and professional standards; the Medical function retains its clinical authority.
What you'll own
Business performance and P&L. Build and execute the clinic plan; manage revenue, profit, productivity, service mix and costs. Read performance against plan and act when the numbers or delivery slip.
The full customer journey. Connect appointments, consultations, conversion, CRM, repeat purchases, and customer care. Resolve or direct complaints so service remains consistent beyond the first sale.
Daily clinic flow. Align work schedules, staffing, treatment rooms, equipment capacity, and customer flow. Coordinate Sales, Treatment, Medical, and support teams so the site can deliver safely and efficiently.
A capable, accountable team. Set objectives and responsibilities, coach and assess performance, and manage staffing, rosters, productivity, training, succession, recognition and disciplinary matters under company policy.
Financial and asset controls. Oversee revenue, cashiering, refunds, expenses, inventory, supplies, equipment and other assets. Keep documentation, approvals and reconciliations complete, and investigate discrepancies promptly.
Standards, risks and improvement. Apply SOPs, service and professional standards, company policy and applicable law. Escalate incidents, follow corrective actions, and respect Medical decision-making. Report business, customer, operational, people, financial and risk performance; propose and track improvements with Regional/Cluster Management and Medical, Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Marketing, Audit & Training and Business Development.
What we're looking for Must-have
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Service Management, or a related field.
At least 8 years in business or service operations, including at least 3 years managing a unit or team. You should be able to discuss site-level P&L, not just a sales quota.
Working knowledge of P&L, sales, CRM and service operations, with customer experience, people management, budgeting, inventory, assets and compliance controls.
Evidence of planning and business analysis, team leadership and coaching, decision-making, problem-solving, complaint handling, cross-functional coordination and conflict management.
A results-oriented commercial approach that balances growth with quality, safety and compliance; customer focus, integrity, collaboration and ownership.
Fluent English and intermediate VNese.
Willingness to follow clinic operating hours, travel when required, and protect customer, employee, financial, and business information.
Nice-to-have
Background in healthcare, beauty, luxury services or retail, particularly a customer-facing outlet with conversion, repeat revenue and disciplined site controls.
Who may not be a fit:
Sales managers or team leads who have delivered targets but never owned a site's operations, costs, and P&L.
Head-office or functional specialists with no hands-on, on-site operating experience; this role runs daily on the clinic floor.
Doctors or practitioners seeking to make operational decisions that override Medical; the GM must respect Medical's clinical authority and escalate clinical issues.
Candidates who put sales ahead of safety, quality and compliance; the role must balance commercial targets with all three.
Real conditions This is a hands-on, on-site clinic remit in Ho Chi Minh City, not a head-office sales-only role. You will work to clinic operating hours and travel when required. The GM coordinates closely with Medical but does not replace its professional authority. The assigned clinic and exact roster are discussed during the process.
Why this move For a site leader who has already had to protect service quality while owning revenue and cost, this role brings those decisions into one remit. A manager whose experience is mainly in sales targets without site operations would face a different job here; the work extends into treatment capacity, cash and stock controls, people matters and incident escalation.
Why Work here The appeal is the breadth of one service-site mandate: commercial performance, customer retention and frontline delivery are viewed together rather than as unrelated metrics. Leading colleagues across sales, treatment, and support functions and working with regional and medical teams may suit someone who wants to see how decisions travel from consultation to treatment and follow-up.
About the company Our client operates customer-facing aesthetics and skin-care clinics in Vietnam. Its service model brings together consultation, specialist-led treatment, and follow-up care, with offerings across skin concerns and rejuvenation. The business works through multiple clinic locations rather than a purely online retail channel.
That setting gives this GM a practical interface between customer demand, service capacity, and clinical professionals. It also makes consistent care, well-run teams, and sound operating controls consequential to the everyday customer experience.
