Job description and responsibilities:
Finding, digging and hunting agent resources, and realizing the growth of anchor resources by assisting agents.
Responsible for managing the anchor talent pool, supervising the behavior of the agent anchor, and handling the daily problems of the agent anchor.
Communicate with agents to obtain market feedback, understand and analyze the situation of the TR market including but no limited to living streaming,games and other social media.
According to the agent&039;s performance, formulate an agent promotion plan and optimize resources.
Skills:
Proficient in Turkish and English, excellent university graduation is preferred.
Excellent teamwork spirit, very good communication skills.
Patient, responsible, strong ability to execute the policy and resist compression.
Interested in the culture of Live streaming, Gaming and internet, working experience in the internet company is preferred.
Active thinker, hard worker, problem- solving & committed to the work.
