Mô tả công việc
JOB PURPOSE:
The incumbent of this job is responsible for:
- Handle licensing & training operation process
- Negotiate with other departments (especially trainer and sales leaders AD+) to handle unqualified cases, exceptional cases, handle objections related to training result.
- Collaborate with internal departments to implement Agency Operations initiatives.
- Working with VIDI- MOF for training registration and training exam management.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Handle licensing & training operation process to ensure relevant documents are strictly complied with company regulations, including:
- Gather and follow-up training plan for distribution channels
- Receive and post check advisor documents for training & licensing.
- Grant code and grant license.
- Provide instruction and support for training & recruitment process.
- Record/modify advisor profile and training profile to system.
- File hard copy of training documents.
- Provide name card to advisors.
- Submit training documents to MOF, internal audit for post check in monthly basic.
- Review and update the existing process for Regulatory changes.
2. Negotiate with agency development (AD+) and trainer to handle unqualified cases, exceptional case, handle objections related to training (for licensing) result.
3. Collaborate with internal departments (IT, Procurement, Legal, Compliance...) to implement AO initiatives/project includes prepare requirement, UAT...
4. Standardize operation procedure.
5. Work with trainer, VIDI for training plan, training result update.
COMMUNICATION SCOPE:
- Regular interaction with conductors to execute agency training.
- Other departments: legal, compliance, IT, quality assurance and other distribution channels.
- Collaborate with MOF officer related to examination regulations.
Yêu cầu
1. Knowledge:
- Knowledge on Life insurance, business administration
- Computer skill (Microsoft Office)
2. Skill:
- English communication ability
- Effective communication and strong collaboration
- Logical thinking
- Work independently in high pressure and team working spirit
- Problem solving: Clear understanding of agent recruitment, agent life cycle to provide specific recommendations and solutions in daily tasks.
3. Education: College (university degree is preferred), preferably in Economics/ Finance/ Business Administration.
4. Experience: At least 01 year of working experience in business administration (preferably in Life Insurance).
