Job Description
Our customer is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Production Supervisor (Japanese & English, $1550, ID20089)
Manage and oversee production operations, ensuring all processes are executed in compliance with established procedures, meet quality standards, and adhere to production schedules.
Identify and resolve issues related to product quality, machinery performance, and workforce management in a timely manner.
Establish and maintain a safe, efficient, and positive working environment in accordance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manpower, materials, and machinery utilization, enhancing productivity while reducing operational costs.
Coordinate and maintain effective communication with the parent company to ensure alignment and timely information exchange.
Requirement
Male candidate, under 40 years of age.
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or other related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in a Production Manager or Assistant Production Manager role within a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in both Japanese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business setting.
