Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc:
1. Orchestrate Sales Growth though AD Bonus Governance
• Develop and optimize AD bonus schemes for full-time and part-time channels to support sales objectives and cost discipline
• Monitor scheme effectiveness and recommend enhancements within approved budget
• Communicate sales KPIs and targets; align stakeholders to drive execution
• Own bonus budget governance, including tracking utilization, forecasting payouts, and highlighting risks/opportunities to management
2. Lead Sales Intelligence & Actionable Insights
• Monitor sales performance and trends, designing early-warning indicators on risks and opportunities
• Develop advanced sales forecasting and scenario analysis to support planning and decisions
• Deliver data and analytics support for strategic initiatives, including proposal development, project tracking, and local / group
• reporting
• Translate analytics into concrete business actions (e.g., incentive adjustment, campaign focus, segment prioritization)
• Integrate field insights with data analytics to produce clear, decision-ready insights for EXCO and Agency SLGs
• Perform ad-hoc deep dives in response to management questions and strategic priorities

Yêu cầu
Job Requirements / Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales planning, performance management, or analytics roles;
• Strong understanding of Agency sales dynamics and performance drivers; · Experience in incentive / bonus scheme design;
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Advanced Excel for data analysis and modeling; Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn and apply AI tools to enhance sales insight generation and decision-making
