Job Purpose
Provide comprehensive support to the Head of Strategic Planning and Distribution Development in leading Agency strategy and planning. Oversee the development of Agency policies on compensation and contests, deliver market intelligence and business analytics, and ensure effective performance management. Act as the business planning lead for Agency, aligning initiatives with corporate distribution goals, enhancing productivity, and strengthening competitiveness.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Agency Strategy & Business Planning
• Support the Head in designing and executing Agency strategy aligned with corporate distribution objectives.
• Develop annual and long-term Agency business plans, set targets, and monitor execution.
• Translate corporate strategy into actionable Agency initiatives and review proposals/execution plans.
2. Agency Policy - Compensation & Contest
• Assist in developing and implementing Agency compensation frameworks and incentive programs.
• Prepare budgets and oversee execution of Agency contests and tactical incentive schemes.
• Monitor and evaluate policy effectiveness, adjusting based on performance outcomes and market trends.
• Promote a culture of achievement and recognition within the Agency force.
3. Market Intelligence & Business Analysis
• Conduct competitor benchmarking on compensation, contests, and productivity.
• Provide analysis of Agency trends, productivity, and key drivers (MAPA, 4 Key Drivers).
• Translate market insights into actionable strategies for Agency growth and competitiveness.
4. Performance Management & Budget Control
• Develop Agency KPIs and establish monitoring mechanisms for productivity and service quality.
• Control and monitor distribution budgets, ensuring effective expense management.
• Deliver periodic reports and dashboards highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
5. People Management & Capability Development
• Support the Head in attracting, developing, and retaining talent for a high-performing team.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to strengthen capability.
6. Strategic Projects & Collaboration
• Assist the Head in departmental projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Contribute to the roadmap for upgrading tools and digital platforms to support Agency scalability.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related fields.
• Professional certificates or specialized training in sales enablement, CRM, compensation design, or incentive program management are preferred.
Experience
• 7-10 years in the life insurance industry, with strong exposure to Agency management, compensation, contest policy design, and business planning.
• At least 4 years in leadership roles managing Agency KPIs, contests, sales quality, and capability development.
Proven experience in designing nationwide Agency support frameworks and collaborating with external bodies for compliance.

• Proficiency in SQL, Access, Excel, Power BI.
