Position: AI Engineer (Software Developer)

Your role & responsibilities:
• Build RAG-based LLM applications for production.• Implement and fine-tune existing LLM models to optimize performance in specific domains.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in LLM technology and integrate relevant enhancements into applications based on user feedback and usage data.
• Create detailed documentation for LLM applications, including source code documentation, user guides, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with various teams in the project to ensure project goals are achieved, customer satisfaction is delivered, and benefits are realized for the company.
Professional capacity requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Python for software development and APIs.
- Knowledge of Transformer Architecture and Vector Database.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
Preferred:
- Experience in developing LLM applications or frameworks for language models (LangChain) is an advantage.
- Proficient in software development life cycle, object-oriented design, debugging techniques, unit testing, code reviews, task estimation, and continuous integration.
- Ability to choose appropriate solutions and technologies based on budgets, current architecture, and business needs.
- Quick adaptation to changes in technology and complex architectural environments.
- Responsible, eager to learn, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- English: Min 650 TOEIC.
