VinSmart Future bao gồm các thành phần trọng tâm:
· Hạ tầng công nghệ: trung tâm dữ liệu, máy chủ, đường truyền, bảo mật...
· Dịch vụ dùng chung cho quản trị sản xuất kinh doanh: AI, dữ liệu, định danh người dùng, quản lý nhân sự, tài chính - kế toán, mua sắm doanh nghiệp...
· Ứng dụng đầu cuối: Siêu ứng dụng tích hợp toàn bộ dịch vụ, các ứng dụng chuyên biệt (ví dụ: Xanh SM), ứng dụng nội bộ (ví dụ: ILoveVingroup)...

Tổng quan về vị trí:
Vị trí này đóng vai trò then chốt trong việc đảm bảo sự tin cậy của các Core Engine về Computer Vision tại VinSmart Future. Không chỉ dừng lại ở việc kiểm thử mô hình, kỹ sư sẽ chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng hệ thống "Sự thật khách quan" (Ground Truth) từ các ngữ cảnh thực tế phức tạp, đồng thời phát triển các công cụ tự động hóa để đối soát đầu ra của hệ thống với thực tế sử dụng của khách hàng.
Mô tả công việc
(Danh sách các chức năng/nhiệm vụ công việc thiết yếu, trách nhiệm và kỳ vọng - sử dụng dấu đầu dòng và ưu tiên các trách nhiệm chính lên đầu, và không quá 10 gạch đầu dòng )
Phân tích ngữ cảnh thực tế: Nghiên cứu và mô phỏng các kịch bản người dùng (User Scenarios) khắc nghiệt: góc lắp đặt camera, điều kiện ánh sáng (ngược sáng, ban đêm), thời tiết (nắng, mưa, sương mù) để thiết kế bộ dữ liệu test toàn diện.
Xây dựng Ground Truth: Trực tiếp phân tích videos/Images đầu vào để tạo ra tập dữ liệu Ground Truth (GT) chuẩn xác cho từng kịch bản, làm thước đo đánh giá Core Engine.
Kiểm soát Core Engine Events: Thực hiện kiểm thử End-to-End; đối soát các sự kiện (Events/Metadata) trả ra từ Core Engine với Ground Truth để đảm bảo tính logic và độ chính xác của hệ thống.
Phát triển AI Agent thu thập dữ liệu: Ứng dụng AI Agent để tự động hóa việc tìm kiếm, cào dữ liệu (data scraping) hình ảnh/video từ internet theo các user case đề ra.
Tự động hóa kiểm thử (Automation Test): Xây dựng các công cụ, script (Python) để tự động hóa quy trình chạy test, so sánh kết quả và phát hiện các lỗi logic trong luồng dữ liệu của Engine.
Báo cáo tự động: Thiết lập pipeline tự động xuất báo cáo kết quả kiểm thử và đồng bộ hóa trực tiếp lên Confluence kèm theo các phân tích lỗi chi tiết.
Quản lý dữ liệu: Tiếp nhận, làm sạch và chuẩn hóa dữ liệu ngày/đêm, nắng/mưa theo đúng thiết kế của đội ngũ phát triển.
Phối hợp kỹ thuật: Làm việc chặt chẽ với kỹ sư AI và Backend để làm rõ yêu cầu, phản hồi các trường hợp Edge Case và báo cáo tiến độ triển khai.

Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Khoa học Máy tính, Kỹ thuật Phần mềm, Toán - Tin hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan.
Kinh nghiệm
Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Xử lý dữ liệu, Data Engineering hoặc Kiểm thử hệ thống AI/Computer Vision.
Lập trình
Thành thạo Python (điểm +). Hiểu biết tốt về SQL và xử lý cấu trúc dữ liệu JSON/Metadata.
Kỹ năng chuyên môn
Hiểu cách vận hành của các mô hình Computer Vision (Object Detection, Tracking, Classification,....). Có kinh nghiệm gán nhãn và xây dựng Ground Truth cho video.
Công nghệ

Position Summary:
This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability of Computer Vision Core Engines at VinSmart Future. Beyond standard model testing, the engineer is responsible for building "Ground Truth" systems from complex real-world contexts and developing automation tools to reconcile system outputs with actual customer usage
Position Responsibilities

1 Real-world Context Analysis: Research and simulate extreme User Scenarios (camera angles, backlighting, night conditions, rain, fog) to design comprehensive test datasets.
2 Ground Truth Construction: Directly analyze input videos/images to create accurate Ground Truth (GT) datasets for each scenario as a benchmark for Core Engine evaluation.
3 Core Engine Events Control: Perform End-to-End testing; reconcile events/metadata from the Core Engine against Ground Truth to ensure system logic and accuracy.
4 AI Agent Development: Apply AI Agents to automate data scraping of images/videos from the internet based on defined use cases.
5 Automation Testing: Build tools and scripts (Python) to automate test execution, result comparison, and the detection of logical errors in the Engine's data flow.
6 Automated Reporting: Establish pipelines to automatically export test reports and sync them directly to Confluence with detailed error analysis.
7 Data Management: Receive, clean, and standardize day/night and weather-specific data according to the development team's design.
8 Technical Coordination: Work closely with AI and Backend engineers to clarify requirements, provide feedback on Edge Cases, and report implementation progress.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics & Informatics, or related fields.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Processing, Data Engineering, or AI/Computer Vision system testing.
Programming
Proficient in Python (plus). Strong understanding of SQL and processing JSON/Metadata structures.
Technical Skills
Understanding of Computer Vision model operations (Object Detection, Tracking, Classification, etc.). Experience in labeling and building Ground Truth for video.
Technology
Ability to apply AI Agents; Proficient in Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
