• Own overall branch performance: delivery quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Establish and enforce clear processes, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms across teams
• Manage sub-team leads and key members: performance review, goal setting, hiring, and team structure.
• Build a high-performance culture with strong ownership and accountability.
• Bridge local teams and executive leadership, ensuring alignment on strategy and execution.
• Lead AI initiatives with focus on Generative AI (LLMs, Stable Diffusion, multimodal, etc.)
• Define architecture, model strategy, and technical direction for scalable, production-ready systems.
• Guide teams on MLOps, evaluation, and model lifecycle management.
• Ensure solutions align with business goals and real-world use cases.
• Own end-to-end delivery across projects: scope, timeline, quality, and risk.
• Drive execution with clear milestones, priorities, and accountability.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML,
Software Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in AI & 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experienced in developing and deploying AI solutions (especially Generative AI) and integrating them into products/services in production environments.
• Strong knowledge in NLP, LLMs, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, and optimization; proficient with modern frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with creativity to adapt models to organizational needs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and management skills; fluent in English for collaboration with international partners.
Nice to have:
• Strong discipline in punctuality, meeting deadlines, and respecting schedules.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services architecture.
• Experience with Image Generation, AI agents and Chatbot products.
• Proficiency in Japanese and familiarity with Japanese business culture.
• Ability to adapt to a structured, detail-oriented, and continuous-improvement working style.
• High sense of responsibility, honesty, and commitment to collective goals.
• Cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to bridge global and local teams.
