About the Role
Produce video ads, short-form content (Reels, TikTok) and explainer videos to support growth marketing campaigns - 100% AI-generated production
Operate and optimize our current AI stack: Runway, Kling, HeyGen etc - with full ownership over production quality and output consistency
Develop scripts, storyboards, and creative concepts independently from brief to final cut
Collaborate with the performance/growth team to iterate on creatives based on real ad data (CTR, hook rate, CVR, watch time etc)
Self-manage timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects while meeting platform-specific specs
Research, test, and propose new AI tools that can improve speed or output quality as the space evolves

Requirements
1. AI Video Generation
Hands-on experience with at least 2 text-to-video / image-to-video tools: Veo, Seedance 2.0 Runway Gen-3, Kling, Pika, Sora ... etc
Strong prompt engineering skills for video AI: motion control, camera angles, lighting, and style consistency
Ability to maintain character and visual consistency across multiple clips within a single project
Proficient with Veo or equivalent tools for AI avatar and spokesperson video production
2. Post-production & Assembly
Edit and assemble AI-generated clips into polished final videos using Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Handle audio production: AI voiceover (ElevenLabs or equivalent), audio sync, sound design, and background music
Add captions, subtitles, and motion text optimized for each platform format (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
3. Marketing & Performance Mindset
Deep understanding of hook structure, pacing, and short-form storytelling for paid and organic video ads
Ability to translate a marketing brief independently into a video concept, storyboard, and final deliverable
Comfortable iterating on creatives based on performance data: CTR, hook rate, watch time, and CVR
Required Documents
- CV in English or Korean
- Portfolio at least 3 projects (Obligated)

Nice to have
- Able to communicate in English or Korean (at least reading & writing working level)
- Experiences in working at a software company
