Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring Support
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, primarily for internship roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Support recruitment activities for experienced hiring, including job advertisement design and content preparation.
Intern Lifecycle Management
Support the coordination of the full intern lifecycle, including onboarding (induction), engagement activities, brewery tours, and offboarding processes.
Employer Branding & Youth Programs
Assist in planning and executing employer branding initiatives such as social media campaigns, employee spotlights, career fairs, and university outreach programs.
Create engaging content to promote the company's culture, values, and career opportunities across various platforms.
Market Research & Insights: conduct market research and benchmark best practices to support continuous improvement in recruitment strategies and employer branding efforts.
Payroll & Administrative Coordination: Coordinate with the Payroll team on intern allowances/payments and personal income tax declarations as assigned.
Communication & Reporting: Prepare and distribute bi-monthly new hire announcements for both professional hires and internship programs.
POSM Management: Manage and coordinate point-of-sale materials (POSM) related to recruitment and employer branding activities.
Additional Support: Provide administrative and project-based support as assigned by the Talent Acquisition team.
Job requirements
Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong interest in Human Resources, employer branding, and talent development.
Business-level proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva and CapCut (basic video editing).
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
