- Handle all air shipments for airfreight globally.
- Ensure all operations comply with company SOPs and airline regulations.
- Handle day-to-day airfreight and logistics operations, including:
+ Coordinating with suppliers and carriers.
+ Submitting and releasing bookings, debit note to carriers,
shippers, and overseas agents. + Updating booking details and inputting data into internal systems.
+ Preparing HBL/HAWB, MBL/MAWB, and issuing debit notes to customers.
+ Tracking shipments, updating ETA, and following up until ATD.
+ Coordinating with related parties on payments, issue resolution, and providing solutions. - Formulate and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for clients.
- Tracking of shipments and providing status reports, communicating all shipment delays and issues to clients and/or overseas offices.
- Maintain and expand client relations through customer service efforts.
- Other tasks and duty as per the assignment of Leader.
