Mô tả công việc
• Customer Relationship: Be the primary point of contact for customers and act as an advocate for the customer internally; Actively build strong relationships with customers and gain an understanding of their business, service needs, drivers and desires
• Process execution: Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment by working closely with customer and internal stakeholders
• Standard Adherence: Adhering to process in line with the agreed execution Standards and customer specific IOP's and monitor respective KPI's; Adhere to Standard is the Standard
• Business growth: Identify and execute up-selling opportunities; Driving value through the network
Carrier Management / Procurement
• Execute on Air Freight procurement strategy. Drive cost reductions by optimal allocation with carriers and contracts.
• Maximize VID pay-out by driving core carrier adherence in the district
• Support the Global Air Freight team in maintaining carrier relations. Act as first line of escalation in case of service failures and rate disputes
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from relevant majors in Logistics/Supply Chain/Economic/Business Administration.
- At least 2 years experienced in Logistics/Forwarder.
- Good at English. Proficiency in computer skills.
- Experience in Air/Ocean Freight will be a plus.
- Customer Centricity, Collaboration and Influencing
- Good at Problem solving and Communication effectiveness
- Operations System knowledge
- Lean/OPEX knowledge
