ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
1/ Sales &
Business Development- Identify and develop new Air customers, which is Non-Samsung accounts
- Conduct direct sales activities across Vietnam to expand market presence
- Develop 3PL/4PL proposals and leverage market insights to identify new business opportunities
2/ Implementation & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Pricing/Operation team in the region to be aware of the local practice/ processes/ air market dynamics
- Deliver the most competitive product/pricing solutions to our customers
- Support team growth and mentor new hires while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
3/ Growth & Revenue
Own sales targets and revenue growth.
Acquire new enterprise customers and manage sales pipelines.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to contract signing.
Drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities across logistics solutions.
4) Customer & Market Development
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Build customer relationships and provide digital logistics consulting.
Represent the company at industry events and partner activities.3) Solution & Proposal Management

Assess customer needs and develop tailored logistics solutions.
Lead proposals, quotations, pricing, and RFP/RFQ processes.
Demonstrate digital logistics solutions, including visibility, fulfilment, and analytics capabilities.
6) Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Product, Operations, Pricing, Finance, and Marketing teams.
Provide customer feedback to improve solutions and services.
Support customer onboarding and implementation.
7) Reporting & Forecasting
Maintain CRM, pipeline, and sales forecasts.
Report business performance and market insights to management.
- Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Technology, or related field.
- Experience 5-10+ years in business development, or commercial roles in logistics, forwarding supply chain, or digital platform environments or strong focus on Air Sales business.
- Established customer network across US and EU is a plus (Air sale)
- Industry Knowledge Strong understanding of freight forwarding, fulfilment/contract logistics
- Commercial Skills: Demonstrated success in enterprise or complex deal cycles, with strong negotiation and commercial modelling ability.
- Communication: Excellent presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, including C-level engagement.
