• Develop corporate accounts and sales channels to drive sales growth
• Analyze booking and ticketing data to support business decisions
• Support marketing activities and maintain client relationships
• Manage ticketing operations, including reservations, refunds, and customer service
• Handle customer issues and ensure service quality
Yêu cầu
• University degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the airline industry (preferred)
• TOEIC score of 600 or above
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure
• Positive, proactive, and collaborative team player
• Creative and results-driven
• High integrity
