Main Purpose:
This position is responsible for ensuring a seamless recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting talent to onboarding new hires; and will also assist in various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and HR administration
Key Accountabilities:
Recruitment Activties
Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, job posting, resume screening, interviews, and collaboration with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a candidate pool through networking, referral activities, recruiting activities, and online/ media channels.
Coordinate job fairs, manage vacancies, submit recruitment reports, and oversee onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Administer and update recruitment databases, ensuring quality hires in the assigned area.
General HR Duties
Handle HR administrative tasks, including managing employee benefits, leave administration, payroll support, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Assist in implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and supporting employee relations initiatives.
Coordinate performance reviews, track employee progress, and assist in organizing training and development programs.
Prepare HR-related communications, announcements, and reports for management review.
Engagement Activity
Contribute to the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
Ad-hoc
Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by manager

Education:
Bachelor degree in Human Resourcing or related field.
Experience:
At least 1 - 2 years of experience in the recruitment position, mass recruitment experience preferred.
Work related skills:
Have knowledge about labor law
Experience in HR functions, especially Recruitment area
Computer soft skills
Soft skills:
Able to work under high pressure environment and work efficiently to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently or good sense of team-work
Negotiation, communication and interview skills
Good control of documents
