Job Description

We are currently looking for Backend Engineers at multiple levels, from Fresher and Junior to Senior, to join our teams in developing critical payment platforms, system integration solutions, and digital financial services.

Key Responsibilities
1. Participate in the development of MB's projects and systems, including:
Payment Platform
Interbank Transfer - NAPAS, CITAD
Open Banking
Push Notification
Digital Lending
QR Payment
E-wallet
2. Develop clean and maintainable code that meets performance, security, and quality standards.
3. Design new systems and features to support business and technology requirements.
4. Maintain and enhance existing functionalities to ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
5. Research and adopt new technologies to improve system performance, scalability, and user experience.
Job requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
Practical experience working on Backend development projects or at companies involving Backend development.
Proficiency in at least one Backend programming language, with Java preferred.
Proficiency in at least one of the following database technologies: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Experience handling asynchronous processing and working with Message Queue technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Candidates with the ability to apply AI and AI coding tools to solve practical challenges in software development are preferred.
Requirements for Junior & Fresher Candidates For Junior and Fresher candidates (less than 1.5 years of experience), preference will be given to candidates who:
Achieved Good or Excellent academic performance and have a high GPA.
Have received awards in professional/technical competitions.
Were recognized as provincial or city-level excellent students or higher.
Have conducted scientific research published at conferences or in academic journals.
Junior candidates are required to clearly highlight their GPA, academic achievements, and awards in their CVs.
