Job Summary:
We are seeking a Product Owner to drive the development of enterprise business applications. The ideal candidate will bridge business stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to ensure product requirements are clearly defined, technically feasible, and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze existing systems and propose feasible solutions from both business and technical perspectives, including workflows, APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
- Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Collaborate closely with Frontend, Backend, and Mobile Development teams to ensure requirements are clear, consistent, and implementable.
- Propose optimized solutions that balance business needs, technical feasibility, and system performance.
- Participate in system architecture reviews and provide input on database design, API contracts, and performance considerations.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, and other departments, including Operations and Product Management.
- Support Agile/Scrum activities to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery of product initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, E-commerce, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, or Software Development, with at least 1 year of experience working as a Product Owner.
- Candidates with a strong BA or Developer background and relevant Product Owner experience are welcome.
- Strong technical understanding of Frontend/Backend systems, APIs, databases, and system integrations.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing workflows, and translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
- Experience working with ERP, e-commerce, or enterprise business applications is an advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and solution design skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of system architecture, including microservices, cloud platforms, and API gateways.
- Experience delivering solutions related to ERP, payment systems, or e-commerce platforms.
- Previous experience as a Software Developer or Technical Business Analyst.
