We are building a secure, scalable end-to-end encrypted (E2EE) messaging platform focused on delivering privacy-first communication with a seamless, modern user experience.
Our platform supports mobile, web, Windows, and macOS applications, combining a stable core system with flexible client-specific customization capabilities.

Owner who can drive product direction, align cross-functional teams, and help scale both the product and the organization.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
Own product initiatives end-to-end, from product discovery to delivery and post-release optimization.
Drive product strategy and execution for core platform capabilities and user-facing features.
Work closely with stakeholders, Engineering, Design, QC, and leadership teams to define product priorities and roadmap direction.
Translate complex business and technical requirements into:
Clear product specifications
User stories
Acceptance criteria
Prioritized execution plans
Lead backlog management and ensure alignment between product goals, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
Collaborate deeply with technical teams to balance:
User experience
Platform scalability
System performance
Long-term maintainability
Drive product decisions using data, user feedback, operational insights, and business impact analysis.
Facilitate product discussions, requirement clarifications, sprint planning, and release coordination.
Identify process gaps and continuously improve product workflows, communication efficiency, and delivery quality.
Support cross-team alignment in a fast-changing startup environment with multiple parallel priorities.
Leverage AI tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve product research, planning,
requirement analysis, prioritization, documentation, and execution efficiency.
Requirements
Must Have
5+ years of experience in Product Owner, Product Management, or related product-focused roles.
Proven experience working closely with software engineering teams in product-driven environments.
Strong ability to
Drive product execution independently
Prioritize strategically under changing conditions
Manage complex stakeholder expectations
Translate ambiguous problems into structured solutions
Excellent understanding of
Agile/Scrum product development
Software delivery lifecycle
Product prioritization frameworks
Cross-functional collaboration workflows
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to align both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable making decisions in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership and rapid iteration cycles.
Demonstrated experience applying AI tools effectively in daily product workflows is considered a must.
