Mô tả công việc
Amazon Product Specialist:
roduct Listing & Optimization
Create and enhance Amazon product listings with compelling titles, bullet points, product descriptions, and images/videos.
Implement Amazon SEO best practices by optimizing keywords and metadata to improve search rankings and visibility.
Inventory Management
Oversee FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and/or FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) inventory to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
Pricing & Promotional Strategies
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to optimize product pricing.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, Lightning Deals, and coupons to maximize sales velocity.
A+ Content & Brand Representation
Develop and update enhanced brand content (A+ Content) to showcase product features and benefits effectively.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all product listings, ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies.
Customer Engagement & Feedback Management
Monitor customer reviews and ratings; collaborate with customer service to address issues or complaints.
Identify recurring feedback themes to improve products, listings, and overall customer experience.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze product performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, organic ranking, click-through rate).
Generate regular reports to share insights on sales trends, inventory health, and potential areas for optimization.
Compliance & Policy Adherence
Stay current on Amazon's policies, terms of service, and marketplace regulations.
Ensure product listings comply with Amazon's guidelines to avoid listing suspensions or penalties.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, advertising, and design teams to align on campaign objectives and creative strategies.
Coordinate with product development or sourcing teams to relay customer insights and data-driven recommendations.
Continuous Improvement & Market Research
Keep up to date with Amazon's algorithm changes, new tools, and emerging marketplace trends.
Conduct regular competitive analyses to identify opportunities for product differentiation and market expansion
Amazon Advertising Specialist:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop, implement, and manage Amazon advertising strategies, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and optimize campaigns to achieve sales targets, reduce advertising cost of sales (ACoS), and increase return on ad spend (ROAS).
Data Analysis & Optimization
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as clicks, conversions, and ad spend to gauge campaign performance.
Use data analytics to propose improvements, refine targeting, and drive higher conversion rates.
Perform regular bid adjustments, negative keyword additions, and other optimizations to improve efficiency.
Budget Management
Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient campaigns that meet revenue and profitability goals.
Provide recommendations for budget adjustments based on performance trends and company objectives.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Stay up to date on Amazon marketing trends and tools to identify new opportunities.
Research competitors' advertising strategies and leverage insights to maintain a competitive edge.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of hands-on experience managing product listings and/or storefronts on Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
Have experience with Amazon Vendor is a plus
Technical Skills
Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, including listing management and reporting.
Familiarity with Amazon FBA processes, inventory management tools, and Amazon SEO best practices.
Experience with third-party Amazon tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) is a plus.
Analytical & Organizational Skills
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple products, deadlines, and cross-functional communication.
Communication & Collaboration
Effective written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling product copy and collaborate with various teams.
Ability to present data-driven insights in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
Passion & Adaptability
A genuine interest in eCommerce, product marketing, and staying current with Amazon marketplace updates.

Ability to work in a flexible environment with a focus on remote work in the PST timezone or a hybrid schedule combining offline work in VNT timezone and remote work in PST timezone.
