Develop overall project plan and efficient resource allocation.
Gathering requirements from the department, explaining requirements to partners, evaluating proposals and selecting partners for the project.
Assess the requirements, analyze and provide advice on the feasibility and responsiveness of the system to the user's requirements.
Responsible for making a management report on progress to upper management
