Mô tả công việc

Planning
Analyze and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of business with the IT infrastructure and systems.
Monitor purchasing, budgeting and investigate report to manager
Justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives.
Implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture infrastructure, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.
Negotiate and administer vendor, consultant contracts and service agreements.
IT Project Management
Cooperate with region infra team for implement and setup IT infrastructure.
Relocate, restructure network and IT hardware as BU requirement.
Ensure IT resources are ready follow project timeline.
Join with other IT team for open project if needed.
IT Operational
Run helpdesk role:
Troubleshoot IT hardware and support user.
Minimize impacts to customers and internal users
End user training and update new technologies.
Create new system for improving process of departments.
Have a basic understand of the core user application and resolve issues
Maintain IT network/system.
Maintain, repair and replace IT network infrastructure.
Work with region Infra team for all issue of LFL relate to infra.
Troubleshoot network, email, computer, hardware issues.
Analyzing existing computer systems and making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
Overseeing the installation of systems, which include software, hardware and application.
Performing tests and troubleshooting, as well as quality assurance.
Implementing safety procedures and data recovery plans.
Developing user manuals, as well as policies, procedures security
Ensuring all installations, maintenance, and upgrades are carried out on schedule
Asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment, license.
CCTV / Dashboard system management
Report to IT Manager

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

At least 4-year experience work in IT system, network and business applications.
Strong technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems, security. Application support experience with Freight/Forwarder/Warehousing is advantageous.
Have knowledge about low-code platforms.
