Mô tả công việc
• Proactively diagnose the analytics requirements of the sales organization; design and deliver reporting to meet organization's requirements.
• Analyze sales performance, forecasting and productivity and report metrics to Sales Management team.
• Partner with Sales Management on business planning and pricing strategy.
• Work with the CRM team to define business requirements and support the sales organization.
• Be the Owner for the monthly/ quarterly/ annual promotion programs and promotion strategy, and the pricing tool implementation.
• Be as a partner with Finance to scope, configure and price tool.
• Leverage historical discounting trends to create competitive price quotes and promotion programs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to sales on pricing, product configuration, and business terms to support the sales effort.
• Ensure compliance with published sales and business approval policies. Be a sales advocate & partner to internal organizations to understand complex sales issues.
• Work with teammates and management to identify process improvement and/or sales training opportunities. Develop & deliver sales enablement tools (e.g. Product & Pricing FAQ's, Sales Rule, etc.)
• Other duties or special projects as assigned.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in any fields.
- 10 years of working experience
- Demonstrated strategic planning and project management abilities.
- Strong analytical skill and able to make judgment based on logical reasons
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Fast learner, adaptive and flexible
- Committed, willing to go extra miles for goal achievement
- Ability to work well under pressure
