Mô tả công việc
- Maintain good communication with customers for troubleshooting support, quality issues and handle warranty service.
- Promote solution capability of YASKAWA ELECTRIC.
- Support Sales Team to handle customer's technical queries or requirement.
- Prepare technical presentation material for events and conduct technical seminar/roadshow to reach out to more potential customers
- Programming of PLC applications and setting parameter of inverter, servo.
Yêu cầu
- University degree in Electrical & Automation Engineering.
- At least 1-4 years of work experience in automation engineering (Used to take care a factory automation equipment/ machine marker automation that is a plus)
- Knowledge of motion control equipment. Knowledge of Yaskawa Electric equipment is a plus.
- Basic knowledge and experience in control/automation industry (PLCs, drives, servo).
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Developed interpersonal skills with an ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers of various technical abilities.
- Ability to self-manage, multi-task and learn new skills quickly.
